Discover 3 innate tools for creating inner balance in this experiential workshop.

  • Intro (10 min) - Learn about Adriana’s background and journey in the tech and wellness world, and what brings her to share these tools today.

  • Centered (5 min) - Get clarity on how “centered” is defined and the goals of this class.

  • 3 Innate Tools (5 min) - Learn what the 3 innate tools are, and how to use them.

  • Experiential practice (30 min) - Follow guided instruction through three separate mindful and somatic practices to center and ground yourself. Practice from a private space free of distractions, where you feel comfortable making sound and moving.
